Pricing Adjustments
The pricing set forth herein represents the offered pricing as of the date of this quotation. Changes in market conditions, industry requirements, and applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the State of Florida, may affect Modesty Publishing LLC (“Supplier”) costs related to such pricing for the products and/or services. Accordingly, Supplier reserves the right to reasonably modify the pricing terms set forth in this quotation, or in any Agreement, Statement of Work (“SOW”), and/or Purchase Order, by providing written notice to Buyer at any time prior to shipment of the product(s) or performance of the service(s) quoted herein.
In addition, Supplier may modify pricing terms if there are any changes to specifications, quantities, timing, delivery, shipping, or any other aspects of or requirements related to the products or services provided under this quotation.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Supplier based on this quotation, Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions set forth at www.modestypublishingllc.com (“Terms”). Supplier’s acceptance of any order is expressly conditional upon Buyer’s agreement to the Terms. No additional or different terms proposed by Buyer shall be binding upon Supplier unless expressly agreed to in a written amendment signed by an authorized officer of Supplier.
This quotation and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

What is a Layflat Hardcover?
Lay-flat binding is a classic album making technique which allows the spine and pages to open and lay completely flat. Compared to other binding techniques, none of your imagery will be lost in the gutter or restricted to a single page. This means you can beautifully display your photos in double page spreads A Layflat Hardcover is a professional style hardcover book. These come with a thick laminated cover. Due to the specialty paper used, the books open and lay flat on a table. Cover images are printed directly on the cover material itself!

How is it made?
The binding method used for our Layflat Hardcovers is the Case Bound method. This method is the industry standard method used for Hardcover books. While the Case Bound method can differ based on the specific provider, it typically means that the inside pages are sewn together into “signatures”. These signatures are then glued to the end leaf of the book. The end leaf is then attached to the outer Hardcover casing. Our Layflatp Hardcover books are constructed using high quality pre-cut boards for the case wraps. The books are bound on a computer controlled adhesive binding machine to ensure the integrity of the binding. The only difference for our Layflat Hardcovers is the paper type used. The paper type is especially made to be “hinged” at the center to allow for the book to lay flat when opened.
